The EMINA RIBERA DEL DUERO WINERY is located right at the heart of the Ribera del Duero Golden Mile. It functions as the headquarters of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera and also houses the Emina Winery-Wine Museum. The Emina winery is also especially noteworthy as it became the first Comprehensive Sustainable Development Centre.

The Emina Winery-Wine Museum and the Monastery of Santa María de Valbuena are situated side by side in the municipality of San Bernardo, in an enviable, unique and special setting. A garden full of various varieties of grape welcomes visitors to this exquisite building, the skilful architecture of which seamlessly integrates it into the environment and surrounding landscape. The building’s interior is centred around a main patio and visitors can enjoy exploring the various parts of the winery while bathed in gorgeous natural light.

The wines are aged in select French and American oak barrels that line a well-balanced formation of interior corridors. This is the ideal place to rest quality wines and is filled with their lingering, dreamy scents. The glazed dome protruding from the atrium houses the bottling site, which is the final step of the wine production process. Here, after a well-earned rest, lines of bottles filled with nurtured and elegant wine are ready to leave the winery.
